Payments and cancellation terms. When you book a product/tour on our website, we will answer you in the shortest time possible to confirm your reservation. To confirm your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations will only be secured upon receipt of the full amount. We accept payments with Mastercard , Visa and Paypal. Once arrived to the destination, you will need to contact our main office at Djadsal Moradias Blue Block R 0/3 in Santa Maria (Sal island), or if you inform us in advance we can also meet you at the reception of your hotel, to give you your personalised excursion vouchers and the exact pick up times. Canceling a booking which was already confirmed can result in cancellation fees as outlined below: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the tour are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable unless a valid medical certificate is provided. It is not possible to cancel the tours to the other islands, since we must book a flight ticket at the time of the confirmation of your booking. You are requested to be at the pick-up point in time, in order to avoid delays or miss the coach, which anyway do not allow a refund. In case it’s needed for the tour (Quad, ATV, Buggy, Rent a car) please don’t forget to have your original, valid driving licence with you. In case you don’t have it, it does not allow a refund. No Limits Adventure, Cabo Tours L.d.a. in no case can be held responsible for any loss or damage of clients belongings during the excursions. In case of excursion being organized through other Operators, transport companies or other organizations, No Limits Adventure, Cabo tours L.d.a cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage as acting as intermediary between clients and named suppliers. Any arguments on this contract will be exclusively solved in the Court of Sal, according to the cape-verdean law. No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced. The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on our website, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.
